Donating an Item or Event (opens August 1)

1. Select Donate an Item from the main menu and complete the form
2. In Terms & Conditions: 
   1. Include your minimum bid
   2. Set whether the item is biddable or fixed price
   3. Any other conditions (e.g., "Must be over 21")
3. If you’re donating an Event:
   1. Check the catalog calendar first to confirm your date is available, then include the time in the item title (e.g., Brunch 11–1). Only two events are permitted at the same time.
   2. Select the event box
   3. Enter date, location, and fulfillment method
4. Upload a JPG or PNG
   
   

Important Notes

• Your item won't appear until after the Auction Team reviews it — allow a day or two. We no longer accept books but multimedia courses that include books will be accepted.
  
• If you wish to donate anonymously, email us (see below) and we'll set it to anonymous in the system.
  
  

Bidding (opens October 4 at noon)

• You can register to bid now and browse the catalog. 
• Click the star on any item to mark it as a Favorite.
