Fall Auction 2025 is CLOSED for bidding & donations. Your Bidding and Donation Statements will be emailed about Noon. Payment can be made by credit card online through the Auctria system or at Socials on Sunday October 26th by check or mailed to the church after October 26th. Unsold items may be available after the close of the auction - email [email protected] to verify. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE AUCTION.
While we've gotten mostly positive feedback on the new auction system, there are a few drawbacks. One is that this system does not send out automatic reminders to hosts and winning bidders as an event approaches. You will be on your own to remember the event and contact the winning bidders and remind them. The Donor Receipt that you received lists the names and contact information for all winning bidders. If you did not receive a Donor Receipt or if you have any problems contacting your guests, please let us know and we will try to help.
Another heads up is that some Donor Receipts can be very long and part of the message may be clipped off. Scroll to the very bottom of the receipt and look for the following message "[Message clipped] View entire message". If you see it, click on View entire message to make sure you are getting full information.
